Infographic Exhibition On Research Frameworks: Foundation For Reliable Results

In an effort to ignite creative thinking and promote a spirit of scientific research, the School of Banking - College of Business is honored to present a specialized seminar with guest speakers who are seasoned experts, professors, and lecturers. As part of this program, the speakers will share their insights on research methods and practices, as well as practical experience on how to transform complex concepts into clear, engaging, and lively scientific narratives.

This seminar will be combined with an infographic exhibition, where students can apply the knowledge they've just gained from the speakers to present and communicate their research topics through creative and visual designs. Through the Q&A session and constructive feedback from the speakers, students will not only improve the quality of their research but also nurture their passion for knowledge, gaining the confidence to advance on their scientific journey.

1. Content

+ 6:20 - 7:20 PM: Guest speakers will share insights on practical design trends and effective visual communication while also offering personal reflections on their research journey, from initial challenges to key achievements. The session encourages interaction and fosters exchange, learning, and inspiration for refining research topics.

+ 7:20 - 8:00 PM: Participating teams will give short presentations about their research subjects.

+ 8:00 - 8:30 PM: Judges will engage directly with participating teams during the exhibition, reviewing their work, posing questions, offering constructive feedback, and helping clarify any difficulties encountered during the research process.

+ 8:30 - 8:40 PM: Comments and evaluations from the judging panel, aimed at helping teams improve and develop their research projects further.

2. Guest speakers

+ Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kurniawan Saefullah, Dean of the Vocational School at UNPAD, Indonesia, will share his views on research methods and design and also participate in the discussion. He will offer practical insights drawn from his academic journey, highlighting the role of clarity and creativity in communicating research effectively.

+ Professor Yudi Azis, PhD, Head of Doctoral Program in Management Sciences, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNPAD, Indonesia, will bring deep expertise in academic research and strategic development. In this session, he will share valuable perspectives on approaches and considerations for selecting suitable data processing methods for some common research models. This will be accompanied by important notes and common mistakes in handling data and interpreting results.
