College of Business, a member of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), was established on October 27, 2021, with a vital mission to train and provide high-quality human resources capable of working in a global environment. It aims to meet the increasing labor market demands in various sectors, including economics, finance, banking, insurance, accounting, auditing, tourism, hospitality, and services.
The College places particular emphasis on creating an innovative learning environment closely linked to practical experiences and the actual needs of domestic and international enterprises. This approach contributes to enhancing management quality and promoting sustainable development in economic sectors, thereby fulfilling the requirements of businesses, organizations, and society amid globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

On October 25, 2026, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) will host the International Projection Mapping Festival 2026 at Campus N. As the key event of the Light Bloom - International Projection Mapping Competition (IPMC) 2026, the festival will showcase the competition's most outstanding projection mapping works alongside a series of world-class light art performances. By bringing together art, technology, and creativity, the event aims to celebrate and promote the enduring value of cultural heritage through the universal language of light.
ICBS 2026 aims to provide an international platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange knowledge, research findings, and practical insights on how artificial intelligence is reshaping business and financial systems toward sustainability. The conference encourages interdisciplinary research integrating perspectives from business theories, financial practices, governance, innovation, and sustainable development.

Continuing its journey of international collaboration in education and sustainable entrepreneurship development, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), in partnership with the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW), officially launched the Sustainable Entrepreneurship for Economic Development (SEED) 2026 project from 15 to 23 July 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh Province. The program offers students an interdisciplinary and multicultural learning environment where ideas are connected with real-world practice through engagement with businesses, local communities, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem, contributing to sustainable economic development.
In the era of super intelligence 5.0, where technology, data and automation are reshaping the global labor market, young people need to understand not only themselves – but also the market. In episode 2 of the Live Talk “10 global career trends shaping the era of super intelligence 5.0 – episode 2 – part 2”, experts continue to accompany parents and students on the journey to identify suitable career options, through practical perspectives: from working at multinational companies or technology startups, to sustainable career trends, the role of deep expertise and co-creation thinking with AI.
Concluding a nine-day learning and experiential journey, the student teams participating in the project “Sustainable Entrepreneurship for Economic Development – SEED 2026” presented their research results and business development solutions at the Closing Ceremony and Project Report. This was the wrap-up activity, marking the process of transforming practical experiences into proposals of value to enterprises and the local community.

In July 2026, students from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) participated in the 2026 Language & Culture Summer Camp at Ming Chi University of Technology (MCUT) in New Taipei City, Taiwan. To update participants on relevant legal regulations and enhance the awareness and practical capabilities of faculty and staff, on the morning of June 3, 2026, UEH College of Business (COB), in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Internal Control Board (QAIC), organized the workshop entitled *“Personal Data Protection in Teaching and Research – From Regulations to Action.”*
On June 1, 2026, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), in collaboration with City St George’s, University of London (United Kingdom), officially held the Opening Ceremony of the “Micro-Credential Pilot Program”, marking an important milestone in the strategic partnership between the two institutions in the fields of international education and sustainable development.
UEH College of Business is a combination of faculties offering academic programs in business-related and adjacent disciplines. The integration of these disciplines under one college enables the development of interdisciplinary programs, supporting a large-scale training system with an annual enrollment of up to 20,000 undergraduate students, master's candidates, and doctoral researchers. The College focuses on developing undergraduate and postgraduate (master’s and doctoral) programs aligned with international standards, with degrees awarded by UEH and/or its international partner universities. These programs are designed to be open, flexible, and highly articulated, allowing for smooth transitions between programs within UEH’s member colleges and international partner institutions.
