College of Business, a member of the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), was established on October 27, 2021, with a vital mission to train and provide high-quality human resources capable of working in a global environment. It aims to meet the increasing labor market demands in various sectors, including economics, finance, banking, insurance, accounting, auditing, tourism, hospitality, and services.
The College places particular emphasis on creating an innovative learning environment closely linked to practical experiences and the actual needs of domestic and international enterprises. This approach contributes to enhancing management quality and promoting sustainable development in economic sectors, thereby fulfilling the requirements of businesses, organizations, and society amid globalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

On June 25, 2025, in Hanoi, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) achieved a remarkable milestone by securing a $10,000 grant from the Plastic Innovation Program (PIP) with its pioneering solution, the No Single-use Plastic Campus System. UEH College of Business is a combination of faculties offering academic programs in business-related and adjacent disciplines. The integration of these disciplines under one college enables the development of interdisciplinary programs, supporting a large-scale training system with an annual enrollment of up to 20,000 undergraduate students, master's candidates, and doctoral researchers. The College focuses on developing undergraduate and postgraduate (master’s and doctoral) programs aligned with international standards, with degrees awarded by UEH and/or its international partner universities. These programs are designed to be open, flexible, and highly articulated, allowing for smooth transitions between programs within UEH’s member colleges and international partner institutions.
