Timeline: From April 13, 2026, to May 31, 2026.

To enhance awareness, encourage hands-on experience, and gradually build a habit of using the Web of Science academic ecosystem within the UEH community, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), in collaboration with Clarivate, officially launches the “Web of Science Explorer Challenge.

This is an opportunity for UEH faculty members, students, and learners to enhance their skills in searching, using, and evaluating international scientific literature; to access and become familiar with reputable research tools; and to improve their effectiveness in learning, teaching, and academic research. In addition, the program offers many attractive gifts along with an electronic certificate for all participants.

Detailed information is as follows:

Eligibility: The program is open to all UEH staff, employees, students, and learners

Timeline:
- From April 13, 2026, to the end of May 31, 2026.
- Results will be announced in the second week of June 2026

Content: Participants will answer questions related to the use of Web of Science and Journal Citation Reports research solutions.

Participation method:
- Participants scan the QR code on the attached brochure to start the program.
- To be considered valid, participants must log in to the Web of Science system and complete the competition questionnaire.
- Participants who answer all questions correctly will be entered into a lucky draw to select the winners.

Prize structure:
- 01 First Prize: 01 × Apple AirPods 3
- 02 Second Prizes: 02 × Xiaomi Redmi Watch 5 Lite
- 05 Consolation Prizes: 05 × Xiaomi Power Bank 10000mAh 22.5W Lit

Participation guidelines:
To complete the questions in the competition, participants are required to use the following databases:

- Web of Science (https://www.webofscience.com/)

- Journal Citation Reports (https://jcr.clarivate.com/).

To improve accuracy, participants may refer to the following materials:

- Web of Science access guidelines;

- Videos from the UEH – Clarivate Research Week program: Web of Science, Journal Citation Reports;

- Other training and guidance materials from Clarivate: Web of Science Training Portal, Journal Citation Reports Training Portal.
