1. Developing rules, regulations and procedures in terms of UEH enrollment;

2. Developing and organizing UEH enrollment plan implementation;

3. Coordinating with UEH-affiliated Units in formulating and implementing UEH enrollment scheme;

4. Organizing the brand-name promotion regarding UEH University and UEH Vinh Long Branch on mass media;

5. Publishing UEH University and Campus media publications. Establishing and managing UEH public relations and communication data system; participating in the operation of the UEH brand identity system;

6. Developing and managing relationships with the business community, occupational associations, Ministries, localities, media agencies and other organizations and individuals;

7. Communicating important events of UEH University and Vinh Long Branch; organizing events promoting training and research activities;

8. Managing the content and the appearance of UEH Portal as well as UEH network accounts; following the news related to UEH University, Vinh Long Branch in terms of education and training majors;

9. Coordinating with UEH-affiliated Units to organize activities for UEH alumni and students/ learners.

10. Implement the reporting regime on the field of enrollment at the request of superiors and of the School and Branch.

11. Coordinating with UEH-affiliated Units in performing tasks arising during UEH operation.

12. Managing human resources, facilities and assigned means and equipment effectively.

13. Performing other tasks within the functions of the Department and other tasks assigned by UEH President.
