- To coordinate with relevant units in research conducting, social need identification, serving as the foundation for consulting UEH President in developing a plan to develop the undergraduate training formats as working-and-studying and short-term training.

- To implement joint training of the undergraduate working-and-studying training format and short-term training among UEH University and localities and training institutions in accordance with UEH regulations.

- To carry out the annual recruitment of the undergraduate working-and-studying training format: enrollment plan development; coordinating with the UEH Department of Human Resources in determining enrollment quotas, making enrollment notices, advising on enrollment, receiving enrollment documents, processing enrollment data, and submitting them to UEH Council of Admissions for consideration and course admission. To coordinate with UEH Department of Marketing-Communication, UEH Department of Student Affairs in recruitment consulting and communication.

- To coordinate with other relevant units and individuals inside and outside UEH University to propose building and finding human resources teaching short-term training programs.

- To take main responsibility and to coordinate with relevant units to organize UEH Opening Ceremony, UEH Graduation Ceremony and awarding diplomas and certificates to learners.

- To organize and to manage learners during training.

- To issue Student Certificate, Certificate of Study Results (in Vietnamese and English medium), Diploma copies from the original Certificate of Degree Certificate (in Vietnamese and English medium), enrollment result reservation, results study; to coordinate with UEH-related Units in printing and issuing student cards.

- To organize management and to notify the learning results for students of the undergraduate working-and-studying training format. To store original transcripts, graduation exam organization records, English exams for graduation requirement, Informatics exams for graduation requirement and other related lists of students as prescribed.

- Academic handling: To organize course registration, to approve regarding transferring courses, transferring schools, transferring systems, transferring grades, graduation exam conditions (for annual training courses), graduation approval; To be the focal point of implementing the commendation and disciplining work of the students of the undergraduate working-and-studying training format.

- To perform verification by input and output; academic transcripts for exemption approval from courses; Diplomas and Certificates are used to consider and to recognize the standard of basic information technology skills (output Informatics).

- To develop performing procedures related to professional work of the unit; To review, to update and to consult UEH President periodically in developing regulations and rules related to the field of enrollment and training management of the students of the undergraduate working-and-studying training format; short-time training.

- To coordinate with UEH Department of Scheduling-Testing to develop training plans, timetables, exam schedules, to organize final exams, graduation, English requirement for graduation, Informatics requirement for graduation.

- To coordinate with UEH Department of Finance-Accounting on financial work related to enrollment and training of the students of the undergraduate working-and-studying training format: To develop financial plans for training courses at UEH-affiliated units, payment, settlement, financial statement setting-up, estimation of related revenues and expenditures.

- To coordinate with related units on financial work, to organize exams, to issue certificates for learners of short-term training programs.

- To sign training contracts for short-term training programs with Units in-need.

- To receive and process documents, applications and letters related to the training of the students of the undergraduate working-and-studying format.

- To make timely reports, statistics and summarization in accordance with UEH requests.

- To manage human resources, facilities and facilities and equipment assigned by UEH University effectively.

- To perform other tasks assigned by UEH President.
