- To develop a plan and to organize the inspection of activities within UEH President’s management scope.

- To research and to concretize documents and regulations on inspection task in accordance with UEH University’s development requirements.

- To develop rules, regulations and professional processes related to inspection, examination and supervision. To coordinate with UEH-related units to organize inspection, to examine and supervise in accordance with regulations.

- To organize inspection and to supervise regulation implementation: Enrollment, final exam, exam and graduation acknowledgement.

- To organize inspection and to examine the activities of those UEH units related to training service.

- To inspect, to supervise and to examine the observance of teaching and learning regulations.

- To supervise and to check the implementation of regimes related to UEH students/learners.

- To receive citizens, to settle complaints and denunciations within UEH University in accordance with the current State law in terms of complaints and denunciations.

- To participate in verifying disciplinary violations of UEH officials and employees.

- To prevent and to combat corruption in the field of education in accordance with the current national law on anti-corruption.

- To propose measures to prevent, to remedy consequences and to handle violations of laws, rules and regulations within UEH University’s operation and other UEH units.

- To monitor, to urge and to inspect the implementation of legal documents of the State; documents on management, direction and administration of UEH President and UEH units.

- To advise UEH President on legal issues related to UEH University’s activities; legality of administrative documents in terms of training field before official promulgation.

- To review legal documents related to the UEH University’s management. To contribute legal opinions on internal normative documents of UEH-affiliated units before submitting to UEH University’s leaders.

- To consult and to organize training courses on legal knowledge and legal skills in order to improve legal knowledge and qualifications for inspection and legal officers and UEH-related officials.

- To implement the reporting regime to UEH President and superior management agencies regarding the implementation of inspection, examination, supervision and legal work in accordance with UEH regulations.

- To coordinate UEH functional units to perform tasks arising during UEH University’ operation.

- To manage human resources, facilities and assigned means and equipment effectively.

- To perform other tasks assigned by UEH President.
