- Internal quality assurance information management includes the collection, the processing, the reporting, the receipt and the information transfer from stakeholders in order to support training, scientific research, and community service activities.
- To manage the ranking data to meet the requirements of prestigious rating agencies to help promote UEH University’s internationalization process.
- To construct the development strategy in education quality assurance. To develop long-term and short-term goals for quality assurance in all aspects of activities and plans to implement the goals in each stage of UEH University’s overall strategy.
- To organize the implementation and the inspection of quality assurance task at all UEH-affiliated units; to organize self-assessment and to conduct external assessment at the request of Ministry of Education and Training and of international accrediting organizations in terms of training program level and educational institution level; to organize for UEH-affiliated units to develop action plans after assessment/verification in order to improve quality continuously.
- To organize stakeholder surveys on training quality, training management and service, service quality in general, and to analyze survey results.
- To advise on the development of training program development policies in order to innovate the training process in the direction of ensuring quality and effectiveness for all stakeholders. To coordinate with related units in building and developing UEH training programs. To coordinate with UEH-affiliated Faculties/Training institutes in developing projects on opening new majors/specialization; to plan the organization schedule, the Appraisal Council regarding the projects opening UEH University training program and other training units beyond UEH University.
- To be the focal point in organizing research, identifying resource needs, career development trends; to advise the orientation of building and updating outputs/objectives/standards, to design content, teaching-learning-research methods; to study the educational quality standards in the world in order to apply into UEH training programs; to research and to concretize documents and regulations regarding training quality assurance and to develop training programs in accordance with the UEH’s development requirements.
- To Seeking and coordinating with domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to organize conferences, seminars, trainings and retraining related to quality assurance, education quality accreditation and program development train.
- To support knowledge exchange, to promote cooperation and partnership in research, to participate in networks in Vietnam, in the region and internationally; to support the development of manuals and instructional materials on education quality assurance at the training-program level and at the educational-institution level in accordance with Vietnamese set of standards, that of the Southeast Asian University Network (AUN) and those of other assessment/verification systems with international reputation.
- To coordinate UEH functional units to perform tasks arising during UEH University’s operation.
- To manage human resources, facilities and assigned means and equipment effectively.
- To perform other tasks assigned by UEH President.
