Welcome to
INSTITUTE OF SMART CITY AND MANAGEMENT
Established in May 2020, the Institute of Smart City and Management (ISCM) is positioned as the first phase of multidisciplinary development at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), and an active response to urban challenges. The ISCM was set up as a Center of Excellence in academic and practice fields, focusing on Smart City strategies – how technology can be a problem-solving instrument in a rapidly changing and unpredictable world.
At ISCM, we bring together a diverse team with diverse skill sets, experience and backgrounds with 19 members, from 4 countries (8% professors, 50% doctors, 40% masters) to produce a richer, broader set of ideas, skills and innovative solutions. Additionally, we have also cooperated with more than 27 partners, 11 universities and institutes, 9 countries, 3 government sectors.
