Building, developing and managing UEH University brand;Creating messages and conveying media information;Managing content and images of UEH communication channels (website development, social networks, video network channels, Led, LCD and so on);Developing relationships with press agencies and media; monitoring information related to UEH University on the Internet; promptly reflecting, advising and proposing solutions to UEH Leaders.
Managing UEH University brand identity, ensuring that UEH University image to be professional and to comply with UEH brand identity;Developing creative ideas in program design;Designing brand communication publications on communication and information channels.
Building and implementing internal communication programs;Managing and implementing UEH University Newsletter;Managing UEH Tradition Room and storing documents, images and artifacts related to UEH University’s history and traditions; compiling and updating the UEH University’s history;Coordinating with UEH Department of Human Resources and UEH Department of Student Affairs in UEH Culture communication.
Developing processes, preventing communication crisis risks;Managing and handling crisis communication on all communication channels (internal, web, social networks, radio).
Organizing UEH University-level events assigned by UEH President;Coordinating and supporting the organization of events of the unit;Coordinating with UEH Administration Office in propagating and organizing major holidays and political, cultural, economic and social events during the year.
Developing, caring and maintaining relationships;Building and implementing the program to connect with partners;Managing, coordinating and advising activities to mobilize resources from the society.
