- To develop content and operating budget of UEH Medical Center for each school year and each course.
- To organize the implementation of management, health care for officials, employees and learners; specifically as follows:
Organizing annual health check-ups; establishing, classifying and managing health records; concurrently, consulting, giving treatment plan, re-examination;
Managing drugs in accordance with industry regulations, ensuring safety in drug use; purchasing drugs and medical equipment, dispensing drugs for treatment in a timely manner and to the right subjects;
First aid, emergency aid, medical examination and treatment in accordance with the technical division, primary health care, and medicine for common treatment; transferring patients to higher-level medical facilities in necessary cases;
Buying annual health insurance for students; adjusting the personal status, medical examination and treatment places for UEH officials, employees and students when necessary; Being the focal point for implementing accident insurance for UEH officials, employees and students.
Having propaganda, mobilizing and building a sense of hygiene to prevent epidemics, to clean the offices of officials and employees, student’s accommodation and study places, ensuring the environment is always green, clean and pretty;
Having propaganda and prevention of HIV and AIDS, social diseases and other school health activities;
Organizing seminars on health for UEH officials, employees and students.
- To develop regulations, processes and regulations for school management, health care and medical care.
- To implement drug management in accordance with industry regulations; to manage and to use human resources, facilities and assigned means and equipment effectively.
- To coordinate UEH functional units to perform tasks arising during UEH University’s operation.
- To manage human resources, facilities and assigned means and equipment effectively.
- To perform other tasks assigned by UEH President.
