The course provides students with in-depth knowledge of innovation and new product development based on the use of a management framework in the unit. The course also focuses on how to create value and increase through innovation in current and future markets. This is also an opportunity for students to explore concepts, methods and tools for organizing and managing the innovation process with the aim of better controlling costs and risks, and at the same time performing checks on the new product development process. During the course, students will have the opportunity to discuss through groups and share personal experiences and practical experiences from situations.
