6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The course of "Legal framework for leadership" is to introduce students the knowledge, thinking and skills necessary to recognize the characteristics of the legal environment in Vietnam, and to identify the risks by legal methods appropriate to the business environment in Vietnam. The course focuses on the following main contents: (i) Overview of Vietnam's legal environment, (ii) Law and business model selection, (iii) Property law, intellectual property rights, contract, competition and business dispute resolution law.
