The module provides students with basic knowledge about total quality management and its role in the sustainable development of businesses. Students have the opportunity to access effective quality management methods in enterprises in Vietnam and around the world. Through the course, students have many opportunities to discuss and identify quality management issues in their own enterprises, share knowledge and experiences on quality management, thereby helping them learn more about quality management. Students have the ability to apply the knowledge of the subject to solve quality management problems as well as orient the implementation of total quality management in their enterprises, contributing to the effective operation of the management system in general of the enterprise.
