The course provides students with methods and skills to solve administrative and management problems under the vision of a top leader of an organization. The subject equips students with the ability to independently solve problems arising from an organization in many different aspects related to the management and administration process of the organization based on the knowledge they are equipped with and global knowledge combined with analytical and data processing skills.
This course is taught primarily using case study and step-by-step project development and research management to solve specific research problems associated with each organization, where the student is working. The lecturer will introduce key contents for each topic, suggest situations and discussion questions for students to analyze, evaluate and comment on. Through case study analysis and interactive discussion, the lecturer guides students to grasp the main content in each topic of the subject.
Students are encouraged to discuss, ask questions, and raise governance issues of the organization they are working with to guide their analysis and problem- solving by developing their own research proposal.
