The course is designed with 8 lessons and divided into 2 main parts. Part one will introduce general public policy to answer questions such as: What is public policy? Why study public policy? What groups of policies are common? Policies shape politics or politics shape policy? Which stakeholders are involved in the different steps of the policy making process? Part two will focus on policy analysis with questions such as: How to analyze and evaluate a policy? What tools or approaches can be applied to policy analysis?
