Program Analysis and Evaluation is a very important job in the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs, projects as well as policies. program analysis will support program design, monitoring and evaluation; as well as results-based program management. In addition, program evaluation is an accountability tool to regulators, funders and other stakeholders. The course focuses on helping learners to build the result chain, development diagram, logical framework of the program, determine the measurement indicators to establish a monitoring and evaluation system, and make a report. The report evaluates the performance of development programs, as well as assesses the impact of development programs on beneficiaries using a number of commonly used methods. Students practice on Stata software.
