The course aims to provide students with knowledge on understanding the global environment, its impact on global business operations, selecting specific strategies for entering foreign markets, maintaining the best competitive advantages of the global business model, developing organizational capabilities by developing advantages and commitment to strategy implementation, and implementing global management activities. In short, this course aims to provide knowledge and skills on the practice of strategic management of global enterprises.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The international business landscape is changing dramatically due to the efforts to promote trade liberalization by countries and the rapid development of science and technology. As a result, it is increasingly convenient for businesses to reach consumers on a global scale. In addition, units can also organize production and provide services in other countries, improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs. To grasp the opportunities and recognize the challenges in the modern global business landscape, knowledge of changing trends in the global business environment, the ability to recognize the suitability of international markets for the business's operating context, and systematize important management decisions in coordinating business activities across multiple countries are extremely necessary. The Global Strategic Management course is designed to provide students with basic knowledge of the operating environment, tools for analyzing the business environment of countries, and case studies for students to recognize the implementation of global business model strategies in the current context.
