Before this course, students need to complete the Corporate Finance and Legal Aspects in Finance courses. Knowledge of financial structures and legal regulations will help students grasp the fundamental principles needed to understand and apply concepts of sustainable financial management. After completing this course, students can apply their learning to the following subjects:
• Investment Management: applying sustainable standards (ESG) in investment decision-making.
• Financial Analysis and Business Valuation: Students will learn how to assess businesses not only from a financial perspective but also based on non-financial criteria (ESG).
