5. Course Objectives:

Equip students with important knowledge and skills in sustainable finance management, corporate governance, and social responsibility in the context of today's global business. Students will grasp the concepts of corporate governance, agency issues in business, and develop sustainable decision-making capacity in financial management. The course will help students develop skills in analyzing economic externalities, using strategic financial models, and applying the principles of sustainable development in the context of modern business.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course provides knowledge on business management and corporate social responsibility in a global context. Students will learn about corporate governance aspects, sustainable financial strategies, and business models that adapt to environmental challenges. Through case studies and group practices, students will develop presentation, analysis, and financial decision-making skills in real-world business scenarios.

This course serves as a bridge connecting foundational knowledge with specialized subjects in the training program. 

Before this course, students need to complete the Corporate Finance and Legal Aspects in Finance courses. Knowledge of financial structures and legal regulations will help students grasp the fundamental principles needed to understand and apply concepts of sustainable financial management. After completing this course, students can apply their learning to the following subjects:

• Investment Management: applying sustainable standards (ESG) in investment decision-making.

• Financial Analysis and Business Valuation: Students will learn how to assess businesses not only from a financial perspective but also based on non-financial criteria (ESG).
