The course begins with topics addressing conflicts of interest that arise during corporate financial management, focusing on investment budgeting decisions such as cash flow planning, applying project appraisal standards, analyzing economic strengths and competitive advantages to reinforce investment decisions, and assessing project risks. Subsequently, the course introduces topics related to financing decisions (capital raising), including a brief overview of relevant theories, with an emphasis on practical financing decision-making. Additionally, the course provides knowledge about corporate dividend payment decision-making.
