6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The change management module studies and deals with topics related to the existence and development of organizations, more specifically improving the quality and performance of organizations, groups, and individuals. This module aims to develop a better understanding of the challenges, strategies, tactics, techniques, tools for planning and implementing organizational change and development in order to create an adapting well to changing environments and increasingly fierce global competition, disruptive innovation, disruption, and destruction take place at an increasingly rapid pace. The module focuses on the knowledge and skills of modern organizations in changing and developing organizational culture, building a learning organization, developing creative and innovative capabilities.

This course is highly generalizable and very practical, very specific, so it is very relevant to the modules studied at the undergraduate level as well as the modules in this graduate program. Specifically, the modules associated with this module are Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Art of Leadership... In order to study well in this module, students need to review the knowledge they have learned relevant modules just mentioned.

The course is based on the case study method. Each session, participants will discuss and analyze cases to shed light on the theories and practices of change, innovation, and organizational development in the context of a fast-changing, volatile world, ambiguity, chaos, and crisis. In addition to the theories, concepts, models, and processes of change, students will develop the skills of leaders of modern organizations to successfully lead and manage change that the successful organizations in the world are interested in: thinking ability, creative ability, analytical ability, general ability, adaptive capacity, continuous learning capacity, communication capacity, competence teamwork, the ability to persuade and manage stakeholders creates consensus and commitment to necessary organizational changes
