The course Artificial Intelligence in Marketing Analytics at the graduate level aims to provide students with a comprehensive view of connecting AI technology to increase the value in management, planning and decision making in the marketing of the business. In addition to the knowledge gained from the textbook, students will have access to practical cases, international articles (reviewed papers) with many new trends in the application of AI technology aims to help students gain in-depth knowledge and understanding of customer behaviors and business marketing activities in the digital era.
