Equip students with in-depth knowledge and skills about investment banking services currently provided in the Vietnamese banking and financial market.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
This course is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge of the operating model and main business products and services of investment banks. Some of the core contents taught in this course include: underwriting, investment management, mergers and acquisitions consulting, brokerage and proprietary trading, “financial engineering”…. After completing this course, along with some other specialized banking and finance subjects, after graduation, students will be able to take on jobs at a number of financial institutions such as: investment banks, securities companies, fund management companies, commercial banks.
