5. Course Objectives:

The course is designed to help learners achieve the following objectives: - Discuss the concepts of CSR. - Discuss the approaches to CSR: economic, stakeholder, strategic and sustainable. - Establish, implement and control the CSR strategy of the enterprise.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Course will help student grasp the development of CSR through each period, analyze basic concept of CSR strategy in depth, as well as discuss the CSR approaches, analyze the effect of executing CSR regarding company culture, especial social issues. Ability to connect the relation between company strategy and CSR. On that basis, student can illustrate different CSR models using realistic examples. Contents specifically about CSR that will be included in the course include: CSR concept, why business need to care about CSR, stakeholders point of view, CSR economic point of view, CSR strategic point of view, CSR sustainability point of view.
