This course provides an overview of knowledge and skills related to business in the digital environment. Upon completing the course, students will be able to apply fundamental business concepts and technology applications to develop business strategies, create business models, drive innovation, and enhance competitiveness and growth for enterprises on a global scale.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course focuses on how businesses operate in the digital environment, covering a wide range of topics from an overview of digital business, infrastructure for seamless operations, and analysis of digital business environments to implementation strategies and enterprise-level execution. Specifically, Chapter 1 introduces E-Business, while Chapter 2 analyzes E-Commerce Platforms. Chapter 3 covers Infrastructure & Digital Business, and Chapter 4 examines the Digital Business Environment. Chapter 5 focuses on Digital Business Strategy, followed by Chapter 6, which explores Supply Chain & Demand Management. Chapter 7 delves into Digital Marketing, while Chapter 8 discusses Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Chapter 9 addresses Service Design & Customer Experience, and finally, Chapter 10 covers Implementation & Optimization of Digital Business Services.
