5. Course Objectives:

Equip students with fundamental and advanced knowledge of the creative process and its relationship with change and innovation in organizations. Develop the ability to apply creative methods and tools, enabling students to transform creative ideas into products, services, and effective business strategies. Enhance problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills in real-world innovation and creativity scenarios, while encouraging students to take initiative in research and knowledge acquisition.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The course introduces the foundations of creativity and innovation management. This subject is designed to introduce learners to the concepts, opportunities and challenges, and the role of innovation and creative management in organizations. The readings and discussions will focus on concepts and frameworks for analyzing how companies create, commercialize, and capture value from innovative products and services. In addition, this course also provides students with techniques and tools to shape and support creative and innovative activities in organizations. Learners will recognize the necessary conditions for creativity and innovation as well as the types of innovation in the organization.

The subject of Creativity and Innovation Management is related to previous subjects such as Management Studies, Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Strategic Management.
