The Business Simulation course provides learners with the opportunity to evaluate market prospects, develop competitive strategies, and make strategic business decisions.

In this course, learners will practice managing a company through a web-based simulation by making yearly strategic decisions. These decisions relate to producing branded and private-label footwear, expanding plant capacity and upgrading production equipment, improving production efficiency, compensation and training for the workforce, distribution center operations and shipping, pricing and marketing footwear, celebrity endorsement contracts, corporate social responsibility, and financing the company’s operations.

Learners are required to apply different business strategies to compete with rivals in a realistic virtual competitive environment.

In addition, the course helps learners practice and enhance soft skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and report analysis.
