5. Course Objectives:

This course is a practical assignment in the International Business major. It is designed to help students become familiar with real-world problem solving and management in businesses. Through this course, students will identify a management problem that needs to be solved, explore possible ways to address that problem, and propose how to collect information for finding a solution for a company. The main goal of the course is to help students gain the skills needed to complete the first three chapters of the Graduation Project, following the guidelines from the Faculty of International Business – Marketing.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This assignment course is divided into three main parts. The first part, students learn how to identify a management problem inside a business. The second part focuses on exercises that help students explore and summarize models used to solve real problems in business activities. Through these activities, students will improve their ability to apply academic research to practical situations. The final part introduces methods to study the current situation of a company. Students will practice designing ways to collect real data. This data will serve as the basis for making decisions to improve management activities in the business.
