This module aims to introduce foundational knowledge in participating in and operating a family business, thereby raising learners' awareness of how family businesses can be utilized to maintain operations in the contemporary business environment.

This course is intended to introduce students to the core issues of family business and the characteristics of family business. The course also provides case-studies, examples and analysis of family business models, family business management methods from which students can understand how to operate a family business. In addition, learners will also understand the challenges of change and innovation in the family business.
