In this module, students will listen to speakers who are experts in omnichannel sales management, presenting the theoretical basis and practical experience of omnichannel sales activities. From there, students can develop thinking about omnichannel sales operations and management strategies, integrated services for business organizations that rely on the Internet and information technology to deal with retailers. suppliers and end consumers. To this end, the module will provide the fundamentals of omnichannel selling. In addition, drawing on the practical experiences imparted by the speakers, students will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to plan, organize, operate, and control a variety of sales processes and resources. Omni-channel sales with the help of multi-channel sales management software and Internet resources. The course approach is mainly based on guest speakers' reports, discussions and final group reports.
