In today's economy, production is not only about creating tangible products but also includes intangible products such as providing after-sales services, organizing transportation, and creating products that meet spiritual and cultural values. Production is the process of creating these products or services. Production planning helps businesses coordinate their production activities, serving as the foundation for their survival and development. The production planning course focuses on processes such as demand forecasting, product and technology design, method selection, planning, organization, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the company's production system in order to transform input factors to ensure the creation of output factors that meet predetermined standards.
