This course is designed to help students understand the general concept of projects as well as the specific characteristics of research and technology development projects. Students will be equipped with knowledge in product and service design management, project planning, research & development planning, resource preparation, evaluation, and implementation of research and development projects, as well as building an intellectual property management system.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

In today's economic environment, organizations and businesses must continuously enhance their competitiveness, leverage existing advantages, and always engage in research to innovate new products, services, and technologies. The process of creating products and services is becoming increasingly complex, larger in scale, and demands higher quality standards to ensure customer retention and expansion. Improvement, expansion, and research and development activities are carried out through research and development projects. These projects are crucial for the survival and growth of businesses.

This course is developed to provide knowledge about technology projects and research and development projects from a managerial perspective. The main content of the course includes: general knowledge about projects, product and service design management, project planning and implementation, research & development planning, resource preparation, evaluation, and implementation of research and development projects, as well as building an intellectual property management system.
