Therefore, the commercialization of scientific and technological products is a core activity that transforms these innovations into competitive advantages, increases profitability, creates positive impacts, and promotes sustainable development for both businesses and society. This course provides students with foundational knowledge on technology assessment, market evaluation, technology testing and positioning, pricing, negotiation, and business agreement formation.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course equips students with knowledge including: the commercialization process, fundamental legal regulations and requirements for commercialization, methods for technology and product positioning, market identification and product development strategies, regulations and methods for protecting technological products, strategies for selecting and developing partnerships, business agreements, and profit strategies.
