Students will be able to identify and develop business processes for various types of services, and design appropriate measures to report, evaluate, and improve the performance of these business processes.

This course covers concepts and techniques in business process management to develop, implement, and monitor current business processes. Topics include: the concept of business process reengineering, stages of business process management, the framework for implementing business process management, and creating models for business process reengineering. The course equips students with the ability to apply and solve problems by redesigning business process concepts and techniques (how and when to apply them).
