This course is designed to help students achieve the following key objectives: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes and methods involved in designing and developing new products, from ideation to execution. Apply creative thinking and technology strategies to solve real-world business challenges. Develop skills in teamwork, project leadership, and effective communication in product development project management. Evaluate and apply new tools and technologies to enhance product development efficiency.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course is designed to equip master's students with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in the field of New Technology Product and Service Development.
The course focuses on applying advanced theories, methods, and tools in innovation management, product design, and technology strategy. Students will explore concepts ranging from product development processes, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup to project management and technological innovation. Emphasis is placed on developing creative problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and leadership skills in modern business and technological environments. Through a variety of teaching methods—including lectures, group discussions, workshops, and project presentations—students will have the opportunity to practice and apply knowledge to real-world challenges, preparing them effectively for careers in product and technology service management.
