5. Course Objectives:

This course is designed to help students apply the changes, improvements, and advancements in technology to real-world operational, management, and business activities of companies. It emphasizes innovative thinking, business creativity, and customer-centered thinking practices. Students will apply technological knowledge to solve problems such as forecasting trends and meeting market demands; creating new value solutions for customers; improving and developing production processes and services; enhancing and innovating distribution channels and customer service; building strategies, financial management, resource management, and operations. Additionally, students will be provided with a foundation to implement their graduation project in the following semester, with an applied focus.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The rapid development of science and technology provides businesses with numerous opportunities to improve products and services, better meet the increasingly demanding requirements of customers, and align with the green, sustainable development trends in society. In this course, students will use tools for data collection and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends. Based on their knowledge of technology and an innovative improvement mindset, students will create new value solutions for products and services, develop production plans and service processes, build marketing and distribution strategies, establish standards and measurement tools, control quality, plan resources, and develop risk response plans for businesses.

Furthermore, this course serves as a foundation to support students in carrying out their graduation projects with a practical approach.
