This course is designed to help students apply the knowledge they have learned to effectively understand, describe, and address real-world issues in business operations. Students are provided with a foundation, tools, and methods to describe, structure, and analyze problems, and to develop ideas for solving these problems. From there, they will be able to develop comprehensive solutions to address issues, and improve, and advance the business.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

In today's economy, organizations and businesses face increasingly complex service and production processes, with customers demanding higher and higher quality. Businesses are constantly under pressure from competitors, which forces them to leverage their existing advantages, apply new technologies, improve business processes, and innovate products and services in order to retain and expand their customer base and scale.

In this course, students will explore, describe, and analyze the operating context of businesses, as well as the existing issues in technology management. From this understanding, they will analyze, develop, and refine a comprehensive set of solutions to address these problems effectively and scientifically.
