“Data-Driven Management” course provides both theoretical foundations and practical applications of using data in the management and decision-making process. Course content covers: the strategic role of data in modern organizations; the end-to-end data analytics workflow from data collection to insight generation; building effective key performance indicators (KPIs); data visualization and communication techniques; model-based decision-making; and the use of common tools to support analysis and storytelling with data. Students will engage in practical exercises and case-based discussions across functional areas such as marketing, operations, HR, and strategy.
