The content follows the entrepreneurial journey from idea to enterprise and includes: (1) Entrepreneurial mindset, skills, and characteristics of technology entrepreneurs; (2) Opportunity recognition and evaluation through market needs analysis, technology trends, and competitive environment assessment; (3) Business model design and venture planning, with emphasis on the Business Model Canvas and technology-driven models such as SaaS, freemium, and platform-based businesses; (4) Product and market development using Lean Startup, Design Thinking, and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approaches; (5) Entrepreneurial finance and resource mobilization, including angel investors, venture capital, pitching skills, and early-stage financial management; (6) Organizing, managing, and operating technology startups with flexible structures, innovative culture, and risk management practices; (7) Growth and scaling strategies, including market expansion, internationalization, and strategic alliances; and (8) Sustainable entrepreneurship focusing on ESG, green innovation, social responsibility, and emerging technology entrepreneurship trends such as AI, IoT, biotech, and digital technologies.
