This course covers contents regarding mergers, acquisitions and divestments. The course presents the main company structures, the main stakeholders and their interaction in a typical M&A deal. The course also presents acquirement and defense from acquirement strategies. The course also covers the effects on various divestment methods on shareholders’ value such as Divestitures; Equity Carve – outs; Spin – offs; Split – offs; Exchange offer; và Split - ups.
