The thesis is a mandatory requirement for a master's degree program in Banking by research. It shows independent and creative research and contributes to academic value. The research objective is expressed on the basis of applying in-depth knowledge in the finance - banking and the accumulated necessary skills in the learning process so that students can carry out appropriate research design relevant to the research topic. The main content of the thesis provides the theoretical framework and an overview of related studies inside and outside the country, identifies research trends to find research gaps. The thesis can use quantitative, qualitative research methods or a combination of quantitative and qualitative to design research; analysis of selection of models, variables and data; research model processing.
