This course provides students with in-depth knowledge of project investment management methods, including the management of individual corporate investment projects and independent project financing. Some of the core knowledge that will be presented in this course includes: planning, finding, using and managing investment capital for individual investment projects of enterprises, and distinguishing between project financing and other forms of financing, identify the basic characteristics of project financing independently. Students will learn how a corporate manage a project and how a “project company” manage an project finance. The course provides basic knowledge on how to plan to finance a project, method of appraisal of a project, method of analysis and risk management for an investment project, etc. Learning objective outcome is providing the knowledge and skills for students to manage a project as an investor of a business, or can work in a project management department, or take on a job at a financial institution.
