Topic - Designing application projects in international business is divided into 3 main content parts. In the first part, learners get acquainted with identifying management issues at businesses. The next content will focus on exercises for learners to learn and synthesize models to solve a practical problem in business activities. Through these activities, learners will be trained to improve their ability to apply scientific research results to solve a practical problem. The final content focuses on methods for understanding the actual situation of operations at the enterprise. With this content, learners perform exercises that suggest ways to collect real-life data as a basis for decisions to improve management activities at businesses.
