5. Course Objectives:

● Basic Understanding of Sales Management - Master the basic concepts: Students will master the basic concepts and principles of sales management. - Understand the sales process: Students will understand the steps in the sales process from finding customers, approaching, consulting, negotiating to closing sales and after-sales care. ● Develop Sales Management Skills - Communication and negotiation skills: Students will develop effective communication skills and negotiation skills in sales. - Sales team management skills: Students will learn how to build, manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets. - Analytical and evaluation skills: Students will develop the skills to analyze sales data and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies. ● Applying Digital Technology in Business - Understand digital business: Students will understand the key concepts and trends in digital business. - Using digital business tools: Students will learn how to use digital tools and platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, data analytics, and e-commerce platforms.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This course provides students with basic and advanced knowledge of sales and digital business management. Students will learn how to recognize and exploit the opportunities of today's ever-changing market while effectively solving sales management problems with a diverse sales force and customers. The course also helps students improve their communication skills, develop sensitivity and ethics in management and negotiation, problem solving, ... improve skills in planning, organizing, forecasting and budgeting, recruiting and training as well as leading the sales force and evaluating their performance . In addition, students will learn how to build long-term relationships and cooperate with potential customers, current customers and other stakeholders.
