5. Course Objectives:

The graduation project is a mandatory requirement in the applied master's training program. The course objective is to facilitate students to apply in-depth knowledge in finance and banking in approaching practical work through completing the graduation project. The results of the graduation project are independent, creative and contribute practical value. The main content of the graduation report of the academy presents the theoretical framework and a summary of relevant domestic and foreign studies suitable for the practical situation to detect problems, identify causes and find solutions to solve the research problem. During the implementation of the graduation project, students can use qualitative and quantitative research methods to design a graduation report suitable for the research topic. The results of the graduation report are useful documents that banks, other financial institutions and businesses can exploit as a method of innovation and initiative to improve operational efficiency at the units. Besides, the process of implementing graduation projects contributes to improving the value of knowledge and skills of learners.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The graduation project is a scientific research project in the direction of application, demonstrating scientific contributions and practical applications. Learners have the ability to synthesize and apply theories in accordance with practice. Specifically:
(1) Ability to understand, analyze, and apply theories to practical activities in the field of Finance - Banking;
(2) Ability to detect problems, handle and solve problems scientifically and creatively in the field of Finance - Banking;
(3) Demonstrate writing skills and present problems clearly, coherently, consistently and easily understood.
(4) Select research methods and approaches appropriate to the research topic, propose recommendations appropriate to practice, and innovative and creative solutions.
