Specifically, by the end of the course, learners will achieve the following competency objectives:
Clearly understand the fundamental knowledge of quality, quality management, and the role of quality management in an organization's success.
Clearly understand the principles and methods of quality management and how to build a quality management system within an enterprise.
Identify, classify, and be able to apply certain quality management techniques in quality control and improvement.
Recognize, analyze, and solve quality management issues within enterprises, effectively applying knowledge to practical work.
Develop problem-solving skills, analytical thinking skills, and teamwork skills through handling real-world case studies and conducting group reports on quality management topics in enterprises.
6. Brief Description of Course Content:
The module provides students with basic knowledge about quality management and its role in the sustainable development of businesses. Students have the opportunity to access effective quality management methods in enterprises in Vietnam and around the world. Through the course, students have many opportunities to discuss and identify quality management issues in their own enterprises, share knowledge and experiences on quality management, thereby helping them learn more about quality management. Students have the ability to apply the knowledge of the subject to solve quality management problems as well as direct the implementation of an appropriate quality management system at their enterprises, thus contributing to the effective operation of the quality management system in the general management of businesses.
