5. Course Objectives:

Equip students with the ability to analyze research issues in business administration, summarize theories and apply literature review methods. Provide knowledge of the latest research trends, helping students evaluate the development of management theories and models over time. Develop skills in searching, synthesizing documents, analyzing and selecting appropriate management models for each business context. Improve the ability to use specialized terminology in English, improve academic writing skills, communication and teamwork through presentations and discussions. Enhance the initiative in collecting and updating knowledge from various sources, support students in synthesizing and evaluating related studies. Practice the ability to lead and draw in-depth conclusions in the business field, demonstrate responsibility and autonomy in the process of researching and applying knowledge.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

Contemporary research topics in business and management help graduate students identify topics and issues that need to be researched related to management and business. To do this, the course will equip students with the background knowledge to identify major research streams and/or the latest research topics of the business administration field. Students will learn how to detect problems from the market, summarize the theoretical basis to identify what has been done and what has not been done, thereby identifying gaps that need to be researched.
