- Recognize the key role of human resources and human resource management in organizations operating in a competitive and rapidly changing business environment. - Grasp the basic knowledge of job analysis and design, employee selection and training, employee performance evaluation and salary system management, etc. in the organization. - Apply strategic thinking to develop job analysis skills, employee selection and training, employee capacity assessment. - Know how to build human resource policies, human resource strategies and human resource planning for the organization. - Develop appropriate theoretical models of human resource strategies. - Develop teamwork skills, presentation skills and critical thinking skills.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

"People are the most important assets of an enterprise." This clause can be found in any annual report or CEO's speech. Most managers agree that the effective management of people is an important premise in creating organizational effectiveness, achieving long-term and sustainable competitive advantage. This course helps students better understand how human resource decisions contribute to business performance. This knowledge can be applied in small, medium and large enterprises, as well as in non-profit or government organizations.
Specifically, this course will approach human resource management from a strategic perspective. Students will have access to topics on HR Strategy, Human Resource Planning, Talent Recruitment, Training and Development, Talent Retention, Performance Management, Payroll System. In addition, the course helps students develop additional knowledge related to the processes leading to strategic innovation as well as the ability to apply this knowledge in the business of the organization to gain competitive advantage.
