5. Course Objectives:

The series of thematic reports is designed to provide students with practical and valuable knowledge on key aspects of business management. This course focuses on developing and implementing applied master's projects, helping graduate students address real-world challenges in management and business. Students will be introduced to the structure and requirements of an applied master’s thesis, along with discussions and selection of specific research topics related to areas such as strategic management, business administration, finance, human resources, entrepreneurship, leadership, change management, and innovation in organizations. The course sessions will integrate both theoretical and practical learning, featuring participation from experienced industry experts (3-4 experts) to provide in-depth insights and real-world projects. Additionally, students will engage in group projects, presentations, and discussions, enhancing their teamwork, communication, and analytical skills. This course also serves as a strong foundation for conducting applied graduation projects.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

The Series of Thematic Reports is a collection of specialized seminars organized by UEH for students enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. These sessions are delivered by experts and executives from both Vietnam and international business environments, including corporate leaders and managers. Through these seminars, students gain new insights, innovative approaches, and modern management perspectives that contribute to improving work efficiency, organizational restructuring, and enhancing business administration practices in enterprises and organizations.

 

The seminars cover, but are not limited to, topics in strategic management, quality management, operations management, marketing management, brand management, human resource management, business entrepreneurship, leadership, change management, digital-era business management, sales management, e-commerce, and global business. Additionally, other expanded topics such as human resources, finance, leadership, project management, technology management, and digital transformation are also included.
