5. Course Objectives:

This course will help students gain the knowledge and skills of a master's degree by completing defined objectives. To accomplish the objectives, students must read documents in advance, listen to lectures, practice skills and apply knowledge of the subject to analyze and solve specific problems. The course includes the following knowledge blocks: (1) Knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages of using private resources; (2) Knowledge of the characteristics and principles of PPP agreements compared with traditional commercial civil contracts; (3) Knowledge of dispute settlement mechanisms arising from PPP agreements. The subject is divided into 12 weeks of study, one session per week, each session is about 04 periods, combining lectures and discussion exercises, spread throughout the year, students will have to practice many skills, divided into groups to discuss. Discuss how to organize the drafting of preliminary outlines, detailed outlines of essays in specialized law subjects.

6. Brief Description of Course Content:

This is an elective subject. This course discusses the possibility of using private resources to provide public services; the ability and efficiency to use agreements between the state and private partners to replace unilateral administrative decisions; and at the same time analyze the specific dispute resolution mechanisms arising from public private partnership (PPP).
