This is an elective subject. Analytical course (a) Characteristics of state power; (b) The strength and possibility of corruption of state power; (c) The need to control state power; (c) Subjects and ways of participating in state power control; (b) Consequences of abuse of state power.
The course provides the following knowledge and skills:
(1) Features of state power; the need to establish state power.
(2) The history of state power abuse and the causes leading to state power corruption.
(3) Skills to identify threats that state power can be abused; forecast trends when state power is abused.
(4) Human experience on how to control state power and fundamental theories for state power control techniques.
The subject is divided into 12 weeks of study, one session per week, each session is about 04 periods, combining lectures and discussion exercises, spread throughout the year, students will have to practice many skills, divided into groups to discuss. Discuss how to organize the drafting of preliminary outlines, detailed outlines of essays in specialized law subjects.
